네 귀를 지혜에 기울이며 네 마음을 명철에 두며/
지식을 불러 구하며 명철을 얻으려고 소리를 높이며/
은을 구하는 것 같이 그것을 구하며 감추어진 보배를 찾는 것 같이 그것을 찾으면/
여호와 경외하기를 깨달으며 하나님을 알게 되리니
My son, if you accept my words and store up my commands within you,
turning your ear to wisdom and applying your heart to understanding,
and if you call out for insight and cry aloud for understanding,
and if you look for it as for silver and search for it as for hidden treasure,
then you will understand the fear of the LORD and find the knowledge of God. (Prov.2:1-5)

#1. A commitment to seek 100-fold obedience
There is no substitute for the heart of obedience. Prayer is no substitute for the intention to obey God. The only way forward is to obey 100%.
#2. A life of meditation on the Word of God
We must fill our minds with God's Word. It is impossible to grow in intimacy with Jesus without regular meditation on the Scripture. We use our time to fill our mind with the Word of God so that our emotions would be affected.
#3. A teachable spirit (open heart to be corrected)
Be humble and open minded! No arrogance!
#4. Persevering prayer for the knowledge of God
if you call out for insight and cry aloud for understanding,
Ask God for information (His emotions, what He's like), for revelation.
#5. Extravagant searching for divine treasures
Do not give up on God. Keep searching!
